The FDA is issuing a warning about tainted meat that has been shipped to 35 states. The USDA is expanding a recall that began with 40-thousand pounds of meat in January and has grown to nearly nine-million pounds.
The meat comes from Rancho Feeding Corporation in Petaluma, California. It processed meat from diseased animals and didn't conduct full inspections.
Last month, Nestle announced it was recalling some types of Hot Pockets because it used some meat from the processor.
